By way of introduction, we would like to tell you about ourselves,  our passion for real estate and our love for the Gulf Coast of Pinellas County, Florida.

We originally moved to Florida from Washington D.C.  After having worked for several Fortune 500 companies, we decided it was time to find a great place to work and raise our family. We were in search of a location with beautiful weather year-round, a large metro area with lots of amenities, a strong sense of community with genuine people, and water everywhere!

In 1998, we discovered the Gulf Coast of Pinellas County, with its white sandy beaches, crystal clear water, and sparkling sunsets over the warm Gulf of Mexico. Our search was over.  We were sold and promptly moved!
Since then, we have bought, sold and invested in over 10 properties in Pinellas, all in beach, waterfront,  and golf course communities.  As a matter of fact, we have lived in every town along the North Pinellas coastline. We enjoyed each community for different reasons, realizing there is something  for just about everyone in this area.

Pinellas’ coast is a great place to live, raise children, work, retire and, of course, enjoy the water.  We especially love the beaches and boating to the local parks and barrier islands. With a young and growing family of six, we have settled in the quaint town of Ozona. Uniquely Florida, Ozona is a waterfront community where you can take your kids to one of the best schools in the county by golf cart!

So developed our passion for real estate and our specialty in Pinellas beachfront, waterfront and luxury properties. This passion is centered on helping buyers find those communities that mesh with their hobbies, work situation, family circumstances, etc.  And, assisting sellers in maximizing the value they receive for their homes in order to confidently upgrade to their next property.

We are serious about our commitment to our clients and it shows. First, we are full-time real estate professionals who are reachable. Whenever they need us, our clients can always talk to us, personally, on our cell phones. Second, we value each client relationship and will work hard to earn the utmost trust. That is why we confidently offer a cancel-at-anytime policy to our clients.
